ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP
People Power Fellowship is a paid leadership development program for emerging organizers committed to workers’ rights, socio-economic justice, and community power.
Fellows work alongside experienced organizers on real campaigns, gaining hands-on experience while building the skills needed to create lasting social change.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support active worker organizing campaigns
- Support Power School
- Help build Strike Ready structure
- Organize events, actions, and trainings
- Conduct outreach with workers and community members
- Participate in political education sessions
- Build skills in organizing, facilitation, and advocacy
PROGRAM DETAILS
- Duration: 12 months
- Schedule: Part-time or full-time options available
- Compensation: Paid (based on experience)
- Location: Philadelphia (hybrid options available)
